Satisfied. Not overjoyed. The auction was OK. I disliked the payment and shipping process - nickel and diming me for credit card fees, preferring to use PayPal for shipping costs. Who uses PayPal? And again, adding a credit card fee for shipping. Feels a bit unprofessional. I don't know how confident I am in an auction house that needs an extra 3% in fees to pay with a credit card on top of the buyer's premium fees.

Ali went above and beyond because he arranged for Fedex to pick up my item and printed all the necessary documents (as I'd had trouble doing it from here in Japan for some reason). Very easy to work with I live quite a distance away from their auction house and was not able to pick up my item right away. They were extremely patient with me arranging for my item to be picked up at a later time by friends. I really appreciate that they were so easy to work with. I will buy from them again in the future simply because of that. Thank You
