Quality is very poor I’ve purchased hangers from this company before and was impressed by the quality. I recently ordered a new set of 100 hangers and given that I’m petite thought I’d try out the “new” petite version expecting that it would be the same quality hanger in a slightly smaller size. In reality, what I got was a hanger that was basically the same size but made of significantly lower quality material and none are even straight. I tried to reach out to the company a few weeks ago and crickets.

What went wrong is that I sent an email… What went wrong is that I sent an email with photos to customer service over two weeks ago and then a follow up last week informing that my shipment of 50 hangers arrived in a damaged box and contained broken hangers. I requested some partial refund to my credit card. To this date, I have received no response.

I placed a wrong order for pants/shorts… I placed a wrong order for pants/shorts and suit hangers on 8/28/21. The company was excellent in accepting the return. I immediately placed another order and paid for it on 9/1/21, received order on 9/7/21. My original order consisted of 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger W/ Clips & Notches - 100 pcs & 17" Natural Wood Suit Hanger W/ Suit Bar & Notches - 100 pcs. The replacement hangers for the 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger w/Clips & Notches - 100 pcs, were not as quality made as the originals. The hangers were not properly packaged as previously, as the hangers appeared to just just be thrown into the box. The metal clips are very hard to slide and grind. Unfortunately unable to oil, as it will stain the clothes. My original return was received by your company on 9/10/21, but no refund has been processed. Therefore rated a 4-star.

Better than store-bought hangers! I was looking for well-made pants hangers that do not contain a belt holder, have moveable clips, and a slim profile so the closet will hold as many pairs as possible. These hangers meet all of these criteria. I am very pleased.
