GBThe design is amazing. The design is amazing.. very pleased however the Electrical plug in are not... loose connection keeps it from staying on if cord moved.

GBAMAZING COMMUNICATION! There was a neon sign made by a snowboard company that used to hang up in some of the shops back in the 1990's that I always wanted. For years I searched, but even if you could find one, it was either too expensive, broken, or impossible to ship (or all three). When I saw the Black Friday deal last year by Manhattan Neon, it gave me the idea to see if they could replicate it. I sent them a picture and after some great communication with Amy, we had a very accurate interpretation of the real thing. I couldn't be more happy with the communication - Amy even suggested a way I could save some money. The finished product is fantastic, and super accurate. Even better than the original, it is lighter, brighter, less fragile, and comes with a remote. Thank you so much, Manhattan Neons!

GBI cannot tell you about the greatest… I cannot tell you about the greatest customer service that I received from this business from the moment that I had inquired about purchasing a sign within 30 minutes. I got a response. It was super late at night. We worked through a few questions and was able to customize my sign I can't wait to open a new location and order more signs. On top of that delivery was extremely fast and I'm here in Hawaii and that's not very often that we get fast deliveries on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate this business 100.
