They supplied us with delivery instructions, and the first shipment we were unable to sign for (due to no fault of theirs). When I called Customer Support, they were amazing in assisting me with when to expect the new ones. When the new ones arrived, I was thrilled with how beautiful they are, but I couldn't find the keys. So I called back and they gladly told me where to find them. It's so refreshing to get support so friendly and quickly from a company these days!

Great customer service! We ordered new mailboxes for our Community and they were super helpful in making sure we got the correct ones. Shipping was fast and even though there was a tiny mix-up in where it was being shipped, they were super quick to get it fixed and sent to the right place!

incorrect info, causing a bit of pain I bought a mailbox, I asked if it was PMG approved, which my HOA required, they said yes, apparently it was not as my HOA acc president went to the manufacturer to find out.. and now I am stuck trying to work w local post office to get approval for box. Geeze
