I ordered a replacement part for my… I ordered a replacement part for my mailbox that cost $28.00, that maybe are worth $10.00. The replacement part did not work. Also charged $20.00 for postage. $5.00 would of covered the piece that was sent. Called the company to return the part that did not work and was told I would need to cover the cost of sending back and also a restocking fee. That is so wrong. For a mailbox costing $400.00 you would think there would be a lifetime warranty. So dissatisfied.

Product was of inferior quality and not… Product was of inferior quality and not suitable for our purpose. Return was easy but we had to pay freight back AND they kept 20% for “restocking fee”.

This Company is very reputable This Company is very reputable. My first time ordering for are Condo complex and we a very happy with are 4 unit mailboxes we chose. Had a damage one, was replaced immediately. Numbers and letters came with my request. We have a 6 unit apartment housing building now and will be ordering form here for that one.
