Easy Website, Fast Customer Service Response I found my product easily; however, when I placed and order, I did not get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a quick response letting me know the product was due in to their facility the following day and it would then be shipped out. Once shipped, I would receive the tracking number. Would have been nice to get this information without having to follow up, but overall I will shop this website again.

Man oh man Man oh man! With an aging telephone systems and no longer supported by our local rep, I had to find someone who could provide quality hardware to keep our communications in full operation without excessive cost or over kill upgrades. StarTechtel was the answer to all of my telco hardware issues. They have always had what we needed when we needed it. They know their stuff!!!!

The investment is well worth it The company was wonderful to deal with. I had everything professionally explained to me before the purchase and everything went smooth. As a small company.. I was initially hesitant to invest the kind of money their products bring, however now that the headset and handset lifter are in place.. I have to say it is invaluable. Our secretary often has to leave the desk for work needs and the fact that she can answer the phone from where ever she is on our building, or take calls with her to check on something is a very smart use of time. I recommend these products and this company to anyone.
