Impossible Return Policy While this website seems to offer a wide variety of items, many items are lacking a full description or photo. I took a chance and ordered a wireless handset battery that was in no way compatible. I was unable to return this item after purchase. Now I am stuck with an item I will never use.

Reconditioned Equipment for old Telephone System Startechtel.com was able to supply us with new and reconditioned equipment for our old telephone system. We ordered equipment online and received the telephones on the East Coast in five days. There was a problem with one unit and a replacement was sent to us prior to returning the defective unit. The customer service experience was excellent and very friendly.

Easy Website, Fast Customer Service Response I found my product easily; however, when I placed and order, I did not get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a quick response letting me know the product was due in to their facility the following day and it would then be shipped out. Once shipped, I would receive the tracking number. Would have been nice to get this information without having to follow up, but overall I will shop this website again.
