Everything about this process was easy and they communicated the whole way. I will admit I was really nervous about sending off my diamonds in the mail, but they walked me through every step and eased those fears. I had no idea what to do with this ring that I wasn't going to ever wear, give to my children when they marry or repurpose. The local jeweler was only willing to offer trade and I wanted the cash. I was hoping to make more money than it did, but overall I'm really happy with the experience and that I ended up with cash in my pocket. I would recommend this to anyone looking to sell any valuables.
