Bad communication & Item Bad communication. Didn’t receive an order confirmation and didn’t receive shipping confirmation. And when I did receive the product, there was a mistake. Had to send back the incorrect item and Inspire Hardware would not send me the correct item until they got the wrong item back. This was their fault and they held up the product for another 2 weeks.

Very pleased with these hard to find… Very pleased with these hard to find edge pulls. Wanted hardware with some lip - these will make it easier to open cabinets on the days my arthritis is worse. Love the matte finish plus they seem sturdier than most others.
