GBGood Customer Service / Problem Resolution! So firstly - great pricing for my premium product, hence why I went to PHS and based on review of internet reviews. That's the good. Delivery was also quick given the product was on back order - so also good. Product arrived damaged - not so good for a premium brand and an expensive product. However, Customer Service (Wendy) resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. So overall a 4/5. Sometimes a company shows its worth when things do go wrong!

GBEzpro minisplit 24k btu. Bought a Ezpro minisplit 24k btu. It was easy to install with well written instructions. Unit runs as it should. Was pleased to find that it runs very quiet. Initially concerned about the warranty as I am not a HVAC tech. They reached out to me to assure me that they would honor the warranty.

GBCustomer Service is not Something We should have to bargain for! Okay, so… This company means well, and will ultimately do right by you BUT it isn’t always forthcoming. I appreciate a good company that does business in earnest, and I believe Premium Home Source offers good quality and means to respond well BUT AND ALSO I was wondering how they got so many five star reviews from what can be an ungenerous public and I found out when I needed their response beyond just selling and shipping product… When I needed to exchange size of one of my line sets they held my return over the barrel until I promised to submit a review and in fact even wanted to see the review before they would release the shipping label. This is not honest practice… This is extortion and manipulation. I believe they will fix this, as other customer support representatives responded with some surprise when they learned.
