GBIt is a very well-made mailbox It is a very well-made mailbox. I like the magnet closer. When we opened it out of the box, I was surprised by how large the box is and was concerned it would look too big. That wasn't the case at all and it looks beautiful.

GBCant't beat the price and quality We needed to replace our mailbox after having ours ran over. This was almost identical to the one we had and all of our neighbors'. The first one I found similar to ours was over $600. This one saved us a couple hundred dollars and looks just as good! Highly recommend!

GBJust like the pictures Ordering with a credit card was simple just like anything else, Their price was a little lower than most places online. The company called to confirm shipping and called again to make sure everything arrived and was undamaged. Installation instructions were easy but you didn't even need them because it was just 4 bolts.

I ordered a lift gate which the Fed Ex driver did NOT receive as we are a small retirement community without access to any type of equipment. We were able to use the manual one on the truck to delivery the 400lb shipment

GBJumping through the refund approval hoops Ordered and received product in July. It turned out, we didn't need it. We have never opened it. It's now September and we are still going through the extremely extensive process of trying to get a less than $15 refund for the unused product. It's as if the seller creates an intentional obstacle to avoid providing a refund to the customer. This type of customer service is almost unheard of in 2023. Company owners and management should "wake up" as this type of customer service and requiring customers to go through a refund approval process is not sustainable for a successful, forward-thinking company. I can only suspect that it's either a family business that was passed on to another generation of people with no business training or given the fact that they have a relatively captive customer base as they sell hard to find products, they are able to employ these types of business practices and remain in business. I'm not upset as it's not much money but I do feel compelled to give feedback to whoever reads these reviews at the company - you can do better. Pick up ANY business magazine or book at any airport bookstore and you will see how to do it right (or simply look at how any other business operates). On a positive note, the guy on the phone was pleasant.
