GBFrustrated The paint I received was not anywhere close to the paint I chose. I tried to call and speak to someone, left a message, and never got a call back. They do not exchange paint, even if unopened, and when they are at fault. The shipping cost almost as much as the paint. I will not order from them again.

GBGlad it's safe could offer better coverage. We wanted to paint a baby crib. The shipment was fast and came in great packaging. It's of course a bit pricey. The color was wonderful and exactly as represented on the website. I found the paint to be a bit watery and drip marks became a problem while painting. After three coats it looked nice though. Other paints offer a much better product (with better coverage) but safety was my number one concern so I see it as worth the cost, watery consistency, and extra coat of paint.

GBTerrible and rude customer service Terrible and rude customer service. I ordered what was listed as a purple color paint, however when the paint arrived it was actually a dark brown color. I was concerned that I received the wrong order and reached out to the help-line. I experienced a very rude and unpleasant employee who repeatedly told me I was wrong or that I ordered the paint incorrectly, interrupted me and did not let me explain my concerns, stated multiple things that are not actually true regarding the paint, and then actually hung up on me. I will never order from this company again.

GBCrib Revamp Overall I was very happy with my Lullaby Paint purchase. The color is beautiful. However, the paint is very thin (due to how safe it is I'm sure) so the lighter colors do not cover well and I really could have used another quart (despite what was recommended by the site). Even after using the Lullaby Paint Primer I still had a lot of issues with the original crib color coming through.

GBNot happy at all We bought this paint so that it would be safe for myself and our unborn little girl and thought it was good quality. It wasn't. The paint started separating as soon as it was put on the crib. It took 4 coats to even make it look halfway decent. It also chips if it's barely bumped. We are dealing with it for now because we don't have the money or time to sand and repaint. But it will have to be done in the future. Don't waste your money.
