5 stars all the way!! I was almost sure I was receiving automated responses because they answer so fast! but man i was wrong, fastest and most efficient customer service i have ever dealt with!!!! Shopping for more for sure!!

They rebranded as Art + Interior but are still fraud I ordered two products two month ago. They get my money and it took more than a month to deliver one of them after countless chasing, for the second product they kept saying they have delivery issue and ask me to wait and use the tracking number, which does not even exist in the post website. Please do not trust this company. You will get disappointment and delayed reply but never get the product you expected. Worth online shopping experience ever. I hope I can rate 0 star if there is.

Be very careful Be very careful! I was sold a set of 6.5 inch plates for $37 and received only one. They will refund me the money after I return it to Hong Kong. Although it’s shipped from a US address, it is a Hong Kong company. The postage will cost me more to send it back and they are not covering it. Do not buy from this site!!!! It’s not ethical in many ways! Art + Interior site looks great but is super misleading and unresponsive.

Ivy and Wilde do not trust SCAM I bought 4 items on there, it was not cheap, they were shipped late individually from China. They are in horrific condition with the stitching messy and hanging off the garments or toys. All of the items are made in completely different fabrics than the pictures they look so cheap and tacky. All of the labels read terrible English. I can only assume this is a scam website that produces stock in China, do not trust them!!! I will not send back as it seems through trust pilot they do not refund. Absolutely disgusting service.
