High pressure sales, salesperson uses words to make you think you are getting a good deal, when it's obviously overpriced for the service. When the subscription is over after 5 years, they auto renew it without giving a heads up about continuing charges. Horrible service, cameras always going out, having to restart it, by that time what you were hoping to see is gone. Total scam!

Very deceptive salesman and contracts. 5 year price lock isn’t actually guaranteed and can increase due to a whole list of things in the company’s control. Control panel makes a terrible high pitched screeching sound that can cause hearing damage. However, you can get out of your 5 year (price guaranteed but not really) contract by pay over $1800. The solution to the sound the control panel makes is to turn the volume down. So if there is a break-in, what’s the point of even having a security system? Agents are well trained to talk you in circles. Choose another company for your needs.

I received a call from Ronnie today about my payment being past due (turns out I forgot to update when I received a new card last month).
