Great customer service and product Really nice customer service and product. I purchased the El Rey Dorado removeable wallpaper and it's absolutely lovely. My only critique on the wallpaper itself is that the "gold" isn't really gold, it's more yellow. It took quite a long time to arrive but when it did come, it was very well packaged. I purchased for an 80x60 area and was disappointed that the item was delivered as two panels, one being about 2/3rds of the wall and then a much smaller panel for the other 1/3rd. The reason I didn't love this is that it made it difficult to line up and guaranteed an oddly spaced seam. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this company, their product, and if you have any issues, reach out to their highly responsive customer support!

Horrible product and equally bad… Horrible product and equally bad service. They sent the wrong measurement and told me that is standard and I need to cut the wallpaper myself. Print quality was as bad as their customer service rep. I spent $150 for poorly printed mural that would not stick to the wall well and was not cut according to the measurements I paid for.

HORRIBLE customer service that takes no responsibility in fixing your order once they have your money. I emailed with an issue 5 minutes after placing my order and never got a response after emailing, putting a change of order request in and and several phone calls, no one ever answered the phone or called me back. Now it’s been 2 months and they are emailing me saying they will get back to me week after week ..

Beware - This paper will destroy your wall. BEWARE -- This paper can destroy your wall. It is absolutely not reusable, and when we peeled off, according to the instructions, gently at an angle, it took the wall with it. Our rental building charged us $1,000 to fix the wall!!! We paid $408 for the wallpaper for ONE wall, and the only remedy offered by the company, was STORE CREDIT. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. The paper was cute while it lasted, but $1400.00 later, we are extremely disappointed. Please, save yourself and do not order this paper if you are in a rental, or plan on taking it down after a short time.

I am completely in love with this… I am completely in love with this entire website! I’ve ordered things from cute quotes to go in my daughter’s room to wallpaper to enhance my living room area.I will definitely be ordering more soon!!
