Better than expected Our rug came sooner than expected, it had been wrapped with obvious care and was nicer than expected. The colors are wonderful and it had obviously been clean professionally. I was nervous about what I would receive and had called the company to ask about worn areas etc. The person I talked to, looked up the rug I wanted which was an unusual size and told me what to expect. We couldn't be happier and I highly recommend this company.

They refuse returns They refused a return saying they were out of business (even stated on the ups return form) . The number they list on the shipment is also disconnnected. Once I tracked them down they are now accusing me of taking more that 14 days to return so they are blaming me and refusing to make this situation right. I sent them original documents of the refusal and they are stating the the time overlasp frees them from any obligation. This is dishonest and wrong.

A great transaction. The condition of the carpet was as advertised and better than I expected. It was well packed and was delivered at five o'clock on Christmas Eve, two days before I had planned for such a huge package to arrive, a surprise, but a pleasant one as it turned out.

Great Experience!!!!! I am Armenian..so I know my oriental rugs..and the rug that I purchased is an UNBELIEVABLE VALUE..and the people ijn this company are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!! I will always deal with them in the future..when I need oriental rugs...I can't rave about them highly enough!!!! In addition my rug was shipped fast and packed WELL!!!!
