I’m very happy with the rug pattern but disappointed about back order status. I’m very happy with the rug pattern I selected however, only the smaller of the two rugs arrived and that was several months ago. I did not know, nor was I told until after placing the order, that the larger rug I ordered was on back order until November and that is still 3 months away. Disappointing. Wish I had known before placing the order but I like the pattern so I’ll wait.

Nobody home ???? I ordered a rug and one hour later decided to upgrade the rug to a bigger size, I emailed them right away to tell them to cancel the first order and I made another order for the bigger size, it's been two days and they are NOT responding to my emails. I even called them twice on a week day in the afternoon and it says nobody's there to answer my call ? Sounds a little FISHY TO ME. They emailed me an hour ago and they stated they will delete the first order and everything is fine. I'm so relieved, thank you RugSmart
