No response from customer service … My order arrived quickly but 2 vases were broken. I reached out to customer service multiple times and have still received no response.

This is my second order This is my second order. I ordered wedding glass cylinders this time in varied sizes. I was very skeptical ordering the first time, but the service, quality and value was so good. So with no worries, I ordered again. Everything was packaged for shipping and I will pack it up like it was sent so I can transport it to the wedding without worrying about buying packing tubs. It was one less thing to manage. The customer service at Vase Market was … The customer service at Vase Market was outstanding. The person that I dealt with was very helpful and answered all my questions. We received delivery when expected however, two of the 12 vases that we ordered were broken when we received them. I didn't have time to go through the process of filing a claim - it would have only been for $12 + shipping but it was a disappointment none the less. I would however order from them again but would ask about their process for product We were lucky that we didn't need all 12 vases. If we did, it would have been a much bigger issue.

Glass cloche The glass cloche arrived safely. However there were a couple very minor blemishes/surface scuffs in the glass and two very small air bubbles also within the glass. I wish that the glass had less ‘waves’ to it as it slightly distorted the item I intended to display under it. Must have to do with the manufacturing of such a large glass cloche (10” dia x 10” tall). Overall I am very pleased with cloche, the shipping and the customer service. I will order again when needed.
