GBExceptional value and service Excellent value, beautiful carpet and the installation was wonderful. We live in the house, so three bedrooms which were to be carpeted, had to be moved. The installers were very careful in moving the rooms, one to another as they did the installation. Jason at Carpet One by Henry was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Since moving to Greensboro, this is our third experience with Carpet One by Henry. Will be our carpet, wood flooring and tile store forever, Thanks Carpet One and staff.

GBThe new carpet looks great and was… The new carpet looks great and was installed well. The installers cleaned up in the bedroom and closet where they put down the new carpet. However, they did not bother to vacuum the stairs or entryway to our house, leaving quite a mess of carpet fibers and debris leftover from the installation. Had they vacuumed that area I would have given 5 stars. The staff in the store were very helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. We had to wait quite a while to install due to other renovations we were doing, and Carpet One was accommodating in allowing us to hold off on installation while they kept the ordered carpet for us. Overall a pleasant carpet buying experience.

GBWe are very pleased with our new tile … We are very pleased with our new tile floor. No home improvement is without some complication and stress, but the company was responsive to our requests and everyone was pleasant to deal with and professional. They came when they said they would and helped us have kitchen access as much as possible throughout the job. We will recommend them in the future.

GBPoor communication from both the sales… Poor communication from both the sales person as well as from the scheduling manager. 100 percent payment was charged on my credit card up front, rather than a deposit. After payment was taken, the service disappeared. I've purchased from Carpet One by Henry 4 times over the past 29 years and hate to see the service slide to where they currently are.

GBNot awesome but not terrible either If I could add 1/2 a star, it would be 3 1/2, I just had to take time twice in a week to schedule, was promised it would be looked into and never heard back. The window to show up was 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they arrived. There was dust trails in the hall and in the adjacent bathroom that I had to sweep and wipe down upon returning home. The transition piece was left short and I am cutting my feet on nails that are exposed because of that.
