Turtle Island imports are prompt with… Turtle Island imports are prompt with their services and when I advised them the item I had received was damaged they refunded my money and did not require me to return the item. I ordered another item which arrived in a timely manner and was perfect. I am very satisfied with them.

My Order I just received my order - it came in a very expeditious manner... The site was easy to navigate and they even asked me what colors I would be interested in for my item purchased. Which I thought was a very nice touch. However, they sent me a color not even remotely close to the ones I chose. Not that it is horrible, just not what I would have chosen. My thing is, why ask if it doesnt matter?? Besides that everything else was fine - And yes, I would try them again. Kind regards Joann
