My First experience! I was very pleased with the service and quality of my entire experience. The fabric was exactly as described and viewed on line. I appreciated the Swatches sent gratis at the start of the process. Part of my order was delayed and on back order, Palazzo kept me informed of it's staus and didn't hold the 1st part of my order, sending it immediately. It was an extra cost to them for conveniencing me! I saw it as " customer recognition"! I definitely recommend and will return. Thank- You!

Excellent customer service and the best prices. I chose a fabric for conference room chair seats that needed recovering. It's only 5-6 yards. I had shopped around to several sites, and found their prices (for the exact same fabric) to be 30% less than their competition. The site didn't say the fabric I wanted was on backorder, but when I placed the order, they contacted me right away to let me know it was backordered, and when the manufacturer said it would be in. They gave me the option of cancelling or waiting. I chose to wait. Their communication & customer service has been excellent, and I will definitely order from them again.

DEEP INVENTORY & GREAT SERVICE I scoured the New York City fabric district for days only to find what I was looking for at my finger tips--online at Palazzo Fabrics. Not only did they send samples of materials I chose, but they suggested (and sent) other, associated materials that I might consider. The price was fantastic and the fulfillment was delivered within days. It's now my go-to place for fabrics.
