UPDATE defective candles I ordered a pair of luminara candles sticks. They dont work! They stay on for 5 minutes then go out. Not the batteries or the timer! Update: In response to this review , The Flameless Candle Shop refunded my defective order without me even sending the candle back! Very good customer service. I'm impressed!

Best Prices and Customer Care I happened to stumble on the website while searching for Luminara candles. What caught my attention was the competitive pricing. A couple of hours after I placed my order, I received a notification of shipment. Talk about speedy service. Soon after, I received a personal email from customer service thanking me for my order. My order arrived in four days. The candles are just beautiful! This was my first time buying Luminara candles and I am more than happy to have ordered from The Flameless Candle Shop.

Everything went smooth Everything went smooth. The delivery was quick. I had two things that upset me. I bought 3 candles to sit together and 2 have the same color yellowish flame while the one have a very white flame. I don't have them sitting together. Also when taking one candle out of the box, the outside coating of the whole candle slipped off, luckily it was able to slip right back on.

Happy customer I received a confirmation for my online order right away, followed up with a personal thank you email from the Flameless Candle Shop. My package was delivered within 5 days. The personal email was a pleasant surprise. I plan to do business with them again.

Outstanding Service! I ordered a Liminara candle and it arrived - within days! Unfortunately, the color and size didn't work in my home, so I returned it - and received a refund within days!
