GBThis company operates under misleading… Update as of 4/26. Picanova let us know they would reprint our orders. They guaranteed they would have their Quality Control department look at each and every towel before they sent them out to our customers. Great, we thought this would end this whole nightmare. After about a week the towels still hadn’t shipped. Jasmin with Customer Service assured us they hadn’t gone out because they were waiting on QC and nothing would be shipped until they approved each towel. In our opinion this was the best thing that could happen. We finally got the shipping notice. Our nightmare situation would be behind us. That was until the towels started arriving to our customers. The same problem as before. This company makes assurances that aren’t backed up. I am not sure who in QC looked at these towels but they certainly shouldn’t have a job if they exist in the first place. The problem is that the towels get bunched up in what ever machine they are using leaving huge white streaks in a towel that has no white. I guess I should have known when they specifically say they never have printing issues, excuse me, they rarely happen. We have had issues with approximately 75% of our towels. I would love to work with this company for a “real” fix. My business has egg on our face after trusting this company. Don’t even get me started on the white tag policy. I still haven’t gotten a clear answer on what exactly that is. Customer Service takes forever. You can only contact them via email. It would seem they are not stateside as they really only reply in the morning until maybe 2:00PM eastern time. This company operates under misleading trade practices. They print an incredible sample and then send you products that are not comparable once you place a larger order. Customer Service is a joke. We have been dealing with them for two weeks on shipments totaling over 1K. Do not use either of these companies (Picanova or Canvas Discount) if your looking for consistency in quality and production or customer service! Here’s our story in a nutshell: We ordered sample towels from canvas discount to test the product. When the towel came there was a crease in printing and they reprinted it for us. This lead us to ask questions about overall quality and quality control. We were assured thru e-mail of both. After using the product for two weeks we got set to place a bulk order of 30 of the same towels thru their sister company Picanova. Again through email we were assured of the products being exactly the same and coming from the same distributor as our sample towel. Towels are suppose to be saturated in color, not have labels and be the same weight and durability as samples, BUT THEY ARE NOT. We currently have 9 towels other than our samples and the colors are muddy, the towels are not absorbent, they have labels, the quality is not close to being comparable, and they have printing errors. We have requested reprints or refunds. I will be glad to take this down once the situation has been remedied and is in good standing. If it’s still here, Beware!

GBI received my order and 3 of the 5… I received my order and 3 of the 5 prints came out poorly. I sent pictures of them and the photos of the ones I downloaded when ordering. Your company responded to my email and pictures and immediately got back to me. They notified me to let me know that they were sending replacement prints. Thank you for rapid response, my client is willing to wait for the replacements. Sincerely, Timothy McGirr

GBVery Impressed I tried a metal print by Picanova based on a recommendation of a friend, and was impressed by the speed of processing and quality of the result. This is an excellent operation. I am not sure if II will using a lot of metal prints, but I am delighted to have Picanova as a printing option.
