Fabulous customer service I found the rug pattern I wanted on your website but it was not shown in the runner size that I needed. I was on live chat with a representative who said he could order it in the right size and determined how I could place my order with a different size and quantity and he would flag it and make sure he ordered the right size and quantity. The price was amazing too and he gave me a coupon code to get the best price. I heartily recommend this company.

Great Experience So Far! Though I have not yet received my rug, my experience thus far has been terrific. I found a rug at RugsHQ that I have been wanting for a couple months now and has either been out of stock or seemed priced too high everywhere else I searched. I found my rug here for about $35 less than other websites and then received another $25.00 off for "liking" on Facebook. Very pleased so far!

My ordering experience with RugsHQ I ordered 4 Momeni New Wave rugs from RugsHQ.com. RugsHQ had the best price for these rugs and my ordering experience was good. I appreciate the $25. discount for sharing my happiness with their company on FB. I look forward to receiving my rugs soon! Update: After posting my original review, I received an order update that my rugs have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Perhaps it would be better to call the company to check on the rug that you want before ordering directly on line.
