Great prices on rugs I am reviewing Rugs HQ after purchasing a rug from their site. Their prices are much lower than competitors and they offer great discounts on top of that. At this time, I am giving a 4 star review rather than a 5 star review only because it is too early for me to have received my order and I can't comment on shipping or product quality on arrival. This review is in exchange for a discount on my order. Based on price and the website shopping experience alone, this is a 5 star review. I hope that after I receive my shipment I will continue to be this satisfied. If so, I will be a repeat customer.

Great online store -- amazing service I found Rugs HQ on a google search. They had the best price on the rug I was looking to purchase -- 40% less than the competition! I called the customer service number to confirm the listing was accurate. It felt too good to be true, but the price and item were exactly what I was searching for. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable and even found me a discount code that was not on the website. I am looking forward to receiving my purchase.

Wide selection and super easy transactions! After endless research on area rugs for the living room in our new house, I happened upon RugsHQ.com. I'm so glad I did! Prices can't be beat but service needs improvement Their prices are fantastic, but it took them nearly two weeks to acknowledge our order and contact us about shipping (we ordered the white glove delivery). Otherwise, the process went smoothly. Would use again if I wasn't in a rush to receive my items.
