Sample Order Process I am always pleased when interacting with The Fabric Company. Order placement on line is easy and the products are delivered promptly. I papered two walls of a very large bathroom last summer and made the paper selection after sample review. I spoke with your staff about the amount of paper needed and about questions regarding sample types. REQUESTED SAMPLES....RECEIVED THEM IN NO TIME I am in the never ending process of redoing my kitchen. Put up wallpaper and decided I need to add a border (now you know why its never a "never ending" process). I chose about 13 different borders from The Fabric Co and received my order within a few days. They emailed me immediately to let me know which borders were no longer in stock and adjusted my bill accordingly. Now I'm ready to purchase the borders. Extremely helpful staff I contacted the staff by phone and they were extremely helpful. Some of the other online companies had only answering machines and never did call back despite several messages.
