They make sure you have samples of color choices and models of product before production. If you know what you want and have your template ready, they can make it. Ordering was easy. Ordering was easy. I like the quality of the mats. Am a long time customer. I would have given 5 stars but the last mat does not lay flat a 100%. There are a few little waves on the long sides where it does not lay flat.

Customer service very good! Our mat order was taking longer than expected, and a confirmation email was not for our correct order. A call to customer service, working with a conscientious young man, straightened everything out in an expedient manner. Our order was given priority status, and our beautiful entry mat arrived within a short time. Great product!

Only one tiny negative aspect The ONLY thing I wish was different was the fact that I think the non-carpeted part of the rug needs to be a little more heavier duty especially around the edges. It's not flimsy but I was expecting a little bit beefier edge for some reason. Besides that, they shipped out insanely fast after I gave them the go ahead and look awesome. Like, the ink was barely dry on my check to them and my 3 rugs had already arrived. Diane was great to work with even though this was a priority then fell off the priority list for a while but then when it got back on my priority list, she was happy to help finish the transaction.

Excellent and Professional When we were searching for a logo flooring, we were given Ultimate Mats website fromt he search engine. Ms. Diane the Admin and Michael the salesman were wonderful. They worked as a dedciated team and we received our product in tip top perfect shape. We were very pleased and our guests that have returned just to see the outcome were so excited.
