Wrong Items Shipped UPDATE: Just received email from Kathy Kuo claims regarding the incorrect items in shipment. So I’m updating my review from one to three stars for now while I wait to see resolution I’d love to leave a great review but I ordered 2 parsons chairs and what I received was something else! I refused the delivery and contacted customer support. Still waiting to hear back from claims to see how to resolve the issue as I’d still like to receive what I had ordered.

The coffee table was beyond… The coffee table was beyond expectations, very classy. We couldn’t be happier. The size is grand and the detail on the wood is artful.

I had a very good experience with Kathy… I had a very good experience with Kathy Kuo home, but a very bad experience with the transport guys. They were terrible. Stay away from that company. Thanks
