GBNew additions to the plant family🪴 The order came right on time. The plants were packaged with care. And when we unwrapped them , they were beautiful and appear to be very healthy and happy. After almost a week they are just as pretty. I will definitely order form you again.

GBWrong plant sent, but correction was quick! I was originally sent one plant when I had ordered two. Fortunately, I received a quick response and the correct plants were shipped the same day. It was pretty inconvenient to have to rush the incorrect plant back to Fedex though.

GBMe file a claim? … I’ve done customer service for 23 years and when a client had an issue with a delivery we would file the claim for them. Never have I had a company tell me that I had to file the claim after I sent them all the photos. I feel that my plant would have been better taken care of in transit if the shipping box was labeled “fragile “ and “Live plant” so I feel the responsibility lies with the company that is shipping it not the shipper Fed EX. I was going to go forward with this with Fed Ex like I was asked to by Culture and then I thought why am I doing this? Why isn’t someone from Culture stepping up and either filing on their clients behalf or making it right? Therefore I will not be able to do business with a company that charges so much for shipping but doesn’t want to hold their shipper responsible.
