GBNeeds tutorials. There was not enough instruction on the system. I have a dog, the tech never showed me how to bypass or if I should bypass zones when the dog is home alone. He just told me which buttons to press. Never when through my options. I had it installed, am still not sure how to use it properly. I also set it off already!

GBThe technician that came over to… The technician that came over to replace my keypad on my alarm system for an upgrade, persuaded me not to get one saying that it was no different than the one I have currently and because of that, I didn’t get the upgrade. Instead of me agreeing, I should have had him install it anyway because that was his job.

GBGive the tech a raise! The tech was knowledgeable explained everything to us was neat working and cleanup- his name was John! He should get a raise for outstanding performance
