Not only that, if you reach out afterwards, she responds immediately. Every plant except one that I've received has survived and is thriving. Plants are beautiful and healthy. It's almost like they're guaranteed to live. Although the plant that I'd lost after having it for months (my fault), she still replaced it! Not many people would do that.
