I'm not new to buying plants and I have to say, I think the way she packaged hers are the best I've seen (for both the plant and for the buyer)! She is also incredibly sweet and communicative, and even sent me a beautiful free plant as a gift! The plant itself has the best variegation I've seen on a syngonium scrambled egg, and the prices of her plants are very very reasonable.
