Healthy Plants This was my first time ordering from US Perennials and will be ordering from them again in the spring. The plants were healthy and very well packaged. I was concerned with ordering in November, but with the mild weather I got them planted.

Flexible, responsive I wanted additional items after I placed my order and sent an email. I got a prompt response with direction, telling me to place another order and they'd drop the 2nd delivery charge and add to the other order (due to tech constraints. Cool, right? The plants, of course, are lovely. Great experience. Will order again.

Excellent Excellent, well-grown plants. Packed with great care to arrive in peak condition. The selection of plants is fantastic, with a great mix of natives, nativars and carefully chosen non-native plants. The website is a treasure trove of great information on how to grow plants successfully. Every one of the 30+ plants I bought is thriving in my garden. At the prices asked US Perennials' plants are an astonishing bargain. US Perennials is now my number one place to buy plants and I highly recommend them!

US Perennials rocks! US Perennials send their plants so carefully packaged. They always look healthy and have performed well. I reached out to Customer Service once and they were kind and responsive. Very happy and returning customer.

Plants arrived healthy The plants arrived healthy, although slightly droopy from their shipping. We followed the instructions to open them immediately but not to put them directly in bright sun. We gave all 14 plants a drink, and they perked right up. One thing though, because some of the plants looked similar, we would up separating two groups of two, and putting one of each (penstemon and slender betony/smooth hedgenettle) in two different beds. I really strongly recommend putting an identification tag on every single plant, so that other customers don't make that mistake. Now I am not sure if I will wind up losing any of those plants. Out of the 14 purchased, everything has been planted except the meadow rue, because we are going to plant it with some button Bush we also need to plant, and a new bed is being prepared. I would definitely consider buying from you again. Thank you for all you do!
