GBDon't Use Baby Blue Florest-Complete Scam!!! I placed an order that totaled $82.76 on 10/12/2023, then the order was immediately cancelled with a refund promised. I called several times, but all I got was an email confirming the refund pending in 2 business days. I never got my money back and confirmed with my bank that the charge was made on 10/12/23, cleared my bank on 10/16/23 and there was no refund ever posted to my account. This was a birthday present for a child's 7th birthday and I have tried all I know to do to obtain my money. The order was not filled and the bank won't dispute the charges to assist me with obtaining a refund either. Their customer service only identified the refund was owed and claimed it was done, but I paid for this service through Baby Blue Florist and the emails came from Sarata Flowers. Buyers be very aware that they are thieves, and I would never recommend spending money with this company.

GBI have deleted my previous review… I have deleted my previous review because I’ve received a full refund. When I initially didn’t receive a refund after two business days and didn’t get a response from a follow up email, I went into panic mode, especially after reading the bad reviews. I just felt I needed to be honest and give you all an update. Hope it works out for the rest of you.

GBStole my money Put in an order for same-day delivery for daughter's b-day, $225. They charged me, then emailed to say they couldn't deliver same day, and they would refund me. Six weeks later and multiple follow up requests and multiple promises . . . no refund. Had to back out from my credit card via dispute process.

GBDO NOT ORDER - SCAM Why oh why didn’t I look at these reviews before I ordered 😭 I ordered a designers choice bouquet, was charged and then got an email saying my order was canceled but it didn’t give a reason. It’s been a week and I’ve not heard anything else or seen a refund. How can this company still be in business and is there anyone that has actually received a delivery????

GBShady practices Purchased flowers to be delivered the same day but order was canceled moments later saying that the “florist couldn’t make the delivery”. I would receive the refund in 2-3 days. 2 weeks later and multiple emails back and forth and I am still waiting but advised to be patient. After reading all of the other reviews I will be contacting my bank and the BBB. Don’t give these people your money. Update- I was contacted and refunded after leaving this review.
