GBPlant is good for the trash Plant got damaged during delivery and probably will have to throw it out. I'm going to try and doctor it for a few days to see if it can be saved. This service was gifted and I have a whole year of receiving dead plants. How awesome! My rating is 0 stars, not even 1!

GBI placed an order on February 19 I placed an order on February 19. I still have not received the order but my bank account was charged. I have a confirmation number but it seems that this must be a fraudulent site. I am highly disappointed because I was really looking forward to adding to my plants.

GBI ordered almost $1000 worth of plants… I ordered almost $1000 worth of plants and pots. When everything arrived, a majority of the plants were badly damaged. The leaves were either broken, black or wilted. I contacted the customer service within the 30 Customer Happiness Guarantee. They were only willing to refund the cost of the plants, but I would need to pay out of my own pocket the return of the pots that came with the plants. There was no way I was going to allow them to double dip for the cost of the pots. My advice, stay away from The Sill and buy your plants for a local nursery or Home Depot. The plants are in much better shape and the customer service doesn’t suck!!

GBThis is the only company I trust to purchase plants from 1st of all…I was appalled when I saw the comments of others on this site. DO NOT by any means listen to the bad reviews about this company. I purchased my first plant (literally the first plant I ever owned) from the sill back in 2019. Today, Jade is 4 years old and she is a monstrous monstera. She is in her fourth and final pot and she’s alive today thanks to the careful packaging and guidance of their wonderful support team. I just purchased my second plant, Princess Penelope (a pink princess philodendron, obviously lol) who also arrived perfectly happy and healthy. She already has 2 new leaves and is adjusting beautifully to her surroundings. The reason I am leaving this review is because I personally reached out to the company to thank them since I wasn’t able to leave a review on their website and they directed me here. I can’t imagine why anyone would have anything negative to say about this company and I hope more satisfied customers reach out because their rating is really unfair.

GBLOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SITE/STORE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SITE/STORE! I JUST STARTED TO GET INTO INDOOR PLANTS. PRIOR TO THAT, I DID EVERYTHING I COULD PLANT OUTSIDE! I LOVE FLOWERS, PLANTS, VEGGIES,, AND STARTED TO GET INTO ANYTHING THAT I POSSIBLY COULD WITH MY YARD, OF COURSE, BEING WITH THE FACT THAT I RENT, SOME LIMITATIONS. BUT NOW INDOORS, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT! I STARTED WITH SOME ROOTS TO PLANT N NOW I CANE ACROSS YOUR ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!
