GBNot So Hot Disappointed with my purchase this year. In the Apricot Allegro collection, the mango tango calibrachoa in full bloom is fuschia/strong pink. The verbena substituted for the gomphrena is advertised as growing 4 - 5' tall, so I'm not excited about putting it in my deck pot. The three black petunias arrived soggy and with some wilted leaves. I cut them back and hope at least one of them survives. Each day there is more dead on two of the plants...oh my...

GBi HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER… i HAVE BEEN ORDERING WHITE FLOWER FARM'S ANNUAL COLLECTIONS FOR YEARS AND EVERY YEAR I SAY THAT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THE PLANTS ARRIVE SCRAWNY, ALMOST DEAD AND MANY ARE DEAD OR DIE VERY SOON. THEIR SHIPPING TIME IS RIDICULOUS EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. THE CONTAINERS THAT I PLANTED FROM THEIR STOCK LOOK TERRIBLE WHILE THE POTS THAT I FILLED WITH PLANTS FROM A LOCAL NURSERY LOOK GREAT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WHITE FLOWER FARM AGAIN.

GBVery disappointed in White Flower… Very disappointed in White Flower Farms. Two of my items were sent to the wrong address. I finally got a refund on a gift that was broken,a cache pot that was mailed to me rather than the recipient with a third recipients gift card attached. I agree that this is a difficult year as I was informed by customer service. The customer service was terrible. Rude, condescending, talked over me... I was shocked. I’m done with this company after many years as a customer.

GBclean website interface however pulling up order history way too slow i like the website look and feel however it could use an easier way to get to various plants. maybe some other search options or building up / narrowing search choices. biggest issue was looking up previous orders (history) took so long (minutes) i could not wait. i believe i only remember getting into my history 1 time (and maybe i tired 5 times) and then basically gave up trying in the future. i was looking to track my orders to see what portion shipped (i will wait for emails ). emails on shipping came timely. company is fine, quality is fine, website: starts 5,5,1 respectively

FRPoor customer service and product quality Poor customer service. Shipping took 5 days to arrive. Plants poorly packed with brown spots and completely dried out and puny in size. Second shipment with no notification. Plants arrived puny, with yellow leaves, tips torn off and brown edges. Cancelled entire rest of order. Will never buy from them again.
