Seeds Failed No rude conduct--Customer service staff always polite but so disappointed in the seeds. Ordered a variety of vegies plus nastursiums. Only a few seeds sprouted but did not survive and only one nastursium planted actually grew. I won't be reordering.

Didn't Uphold Their Guarantee I ordered some Ice Lettuce for a summer crop, but it was an absolute failure. I started them indoors under ideal conditions, but the seeds did not germinate. I emailed Pinetree, expecting a refund or replacement, but was told it was not the seeds but the growing conditions. In years past, I have gotten a replacement or refund when things like this happened. The other items in the order performed well.

I’ve ordered from Pinetree twice and… I’ve ordered from Pinetree twice and find them to be decent. About 2 out of ~18 varieties I’ve ordered had poor germination but the others were good and true to type, with reasonable quantities per pack. Shipping time was a little slow but because of the covid rush that’s understandable. My biggest complaint is probably the shipping cost. Ordered seed potatoes and sweet potato slips for this year which I am looking forward to!

Most of your garden seeds are … Most of your garden seeds are germinated and growing healthy in my small back yard gardening. I would give you a 5 stars, but few of seeds (Watercress)didn't germinated. All my herbs are thriving in my garden and harvested bunch of them for winter cooking and Petunia(red, white, purple) looks awesome in my giant tub container at front yard.

I've ordered from Pinetree for a number … I've ordered from Pinetree for a number of years. For items that I don't plant a lot , they offer seeds in smaller quantities and good prices . A improvemnt would be to offer larger quantities such as peas, spinach in better pricing strategies than buying multiple single packets. I enjoy the variety of items offered- I've tried new items and varieties that I've not planted before. I should also note- that I ordered gladiolous bulbs seveal times and they have been very nice. The bulbs are a bit smaller than I expected- but the stalks and flowers have been great. Exhibited some at our fair and made very nice compliments with my Dahlias arrangements.
