Seems like people only come when they are mad to leave a bad review and the other 3000 that are happy don't even bother to write a review. Typical and unfortunate. They have Phone, Text, Email, Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, definitely no shortage of communication. They guarantee me i get what i ordered or my money back, only one time i received the wrong size, they paid to ship it back and send me new ones. Good luck with any other site doing this for you.

Long Shipping still Alright Well I got the Jordan 11 Win Like 82 on the 24th of December and I just got a notification that my package is in New York and will me shipped to me on the 21st. The shipping is very slow, but the communication is alright. They may not be immediate but they will assure you. I hope my shoe looks well because I’ve waited quite awhile

Still no order received bunch of w*****s Well still no delivery of my mattress. Still no reply to my email I sent. So im out of pocket and no mattress. This was for my disabled daughter so i hope your proud and happy to scam honest people who dont have much money as it is I'm absolutely disgusted and I will now be reporting to trading standards. There is no where to chase my order. No way to contact or email customer service. I've order over a week a go. Had no confirmation for when it will be delivered or whether its on its way. I've searched to cancel this and get a refund but can't find anywhere to do this. Obviously a job for trading standards
