GBGreat at first but went way down hill… I subscribed to the New York Botanic Gardens bouquet back in January and it was amazing a first. After a few months they started to arrive dried and dead or moldy and died in a few days. I asked them to replace one shipment it was so bad. They did replace it but required photos and long explanations. They sent a much cheaper looking bouquet that was not the same flowers as the NYBG subscription. They started to cut corners on each shipment it seems as my most recent bouquet before canceling was three proteas and the rest was baby’s breath and eucalyptus stems. I am happy to pay for a quality service but sadly Bloomsy just doesn’t offer than anymore.

GBLove the flowers Love the flowers! I've had a BloomsyBox subscription for four months now and I LOVE getting my beautiful bouquets every month. I haven't had any issues - everything arrives perfectly packed at my door at the same time every month. Whenever I have questions, I know I can reach out and the customer service team answers quickly (thanks, Tina!).

GBThe most depressing bouquet of flowers… The most depressing bouquet of flowers I have ever seen they arrived half dead and put them in water with the food and the next day they were just basically falling down and falling apart entire rose buds just fell off within 2 days they were all dead would never recommend cancelled my order ..do not use them ..if I could I would give them a 0

GBAn amazing bouquet with each shipment! My son bought me a four month package for my birthday in December. He could not have bought me a better gift. These flower arrangements are original, colorful, and the scent is amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any other local or online florist. Typically these bouquets last over two weeks with regular water changes. I could not be more thrilled with a company, and highly recommend Bloomsy Box above all others.

GBEmbarrassing. Ordered a gift through Door Dash - it arrived very late and flowers were dead. Customer service was poor - kept asking for an order number when Door Dash never provided one. Finally issue was resolved by Door Dash after 10 mins on the phone getting nowhere with BloomsyBox. Will not be ordering from them again.
