GBNever got my order I really never write bad reviews, but this review was solicited (they sent me an automated email requesting the review) and I was never able to get in touch with northern lights despite multiple attempts. I placed my order and paid using Amazon pay. I emailed multiple times to inquire about when my order would be fulfilled, but never heard back. After a month with no updates (and no packages) I had Amazon reverse the charge. I did get my refund and I’m glad I paid via Amazon pay for that protection. About a week ago I got an email that my order has shipped, but no shipping information or tracking number. I have not received any packages, but I hope that notification was a fluke because I don’t know what to do if they actually do deliver my order. I already ordered and received what I needed from another vendor.
