Customer service review I had a small problem with my hose from FITT USA Inc. and contacted the company. They immediately responded to my correspondence with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They even sent me a brand new replacement hose. Their customer service was second to none and I highly recommend this company and their products. The hose is super light weight The hose is super light weight. It has done well over my gravel driveway being that it has a rubber outer core. It hangs and store well on the side of the shed.
