GBHonest service The manufacturer of our chosen fountain had an issue with making the fountain we chose but Landscaper Outlet wrote us a personal email right away. They are working closely with us to work around the problem. I really appreciate the personal and knowledgeable service. Matt is really trying to take care of our needs.

GBFirst time purchase Ordered a 500 lb. concrete fountain online for my garden outside of my Florida home. I feel I got personal service from the sales staff, as well as detailed instructions on how to handle the delivery. The fountain was delivered on time and in perfect condition (all the way from New York State),assembled easily by my landscaper, and it works perfectly. There were no surprises here, and the fountain looks great.
