No pushy sales, just attentive service, and the installation team were hard working, polite and took pride in their work (even wiping off fingerprints prior to showing off the completed project). We opted for a Brustor product rather than a competitor's; very pleased with the end result: a solid, aesthetically pleasing structure at a competitive price. Already enjoying sitting under it in our hot tub in December. Will get plenty more use come Spring/Summer. Thank you Rase!
