GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. It says 30 day money back guarantee. Well my dog won't eat it. He has cancer so I thought I would try this "human grade food". He didn't like it so when I finally got someone in customer service I was told I couldn't return it because I got a 40% discount...you can't call because they have no phone number so I have been chatting with a very rude Clyde. He basically told me to accept it that I can't return it and donate it to someone..in process of getting my money back thru my credit card .they said they will take legal action??? Seriously!!!

GBI will never do business with Happy Howl again. Happy Howl has somehow put me on an automatic reorder every 2 weeks. I did not sign up for that. I have replied to their emails numerous times and gone on the website to customer service. It says they will respond within 24 hours and I have NEVER received a reply. My credit card is being charged $89. every 2 weeks. I have a dispute in for them currently and today there was another $89 charge on my credit card. I would not recommend doing business with a company that has non existent customer support. I had to have my credit card company block them in addition to filing a dispute of the charge.

GBThere’s no dog food out there like HAPPY HOWL I have been ordering happy howl for 2 years now and my dog is absolutely obsessed. We order the variety pack and my dog enjoys each recipe. I love that the packaging shows how much to feed the dog based on their size, the food has very clean ingredients and the customer service is impeccable. I’m so happy this food is also available at our local CVS and Weiss. There’s no dog food out there like Happy Howl.

GBExcellent food/Poor shipment packaging Love the food for my dog. You can actually see the ingredients and it does not smell nasty as most wet foods do. My only issue is with the packaging it is sent in. Both times I received orders it appeared that left over cardboard was use to box the shipment and the tape nearly held it together. Would be nice to receive in a clean quality box that is a better representation of the high quality food inside.

GBWE APPROVE! My almost 17 year old Rat Terrier mix and my 11 year old Chi-mix both voraciously eat all varieties of Happy Howl. I feel they are getting healthy ingredients and whole foods. The deliveries have arrived in a timely manner. I now have them on an auto plan which makes like easier. Ozzie, Penny, and I give our approval!
