GB18 months in and ZERO issues: 10/10 These negative reviews are ridiculous - they honestly seem fake. I've been buying from this company for over 18 months and have had ZERO issues and customer service always helps when I reach out. 10/10

GBI will never do business with Happy Howl again. Happy Howl has somehow put me on an automatic reorder every 2 weeks. I did not sign up for that. I have replied to their emails numerous times and gone on the website to customer service. It says they will respond within 24 hours and I have NEVER received a reply. My credit card is being charged $89. every 2 weeks. I have a dispute in for them currently and today there was another $89 charge on my credit card. I would not recommend doing business with a company that has non existent customer support. I had to have my credit card company block them in addition to filing a dispute of the charge.

GBWE APPROVE! My almost 17 year old Rat Terrier mix and my 11 year old Chi-mix both voraciously eat all varieties of Happy Howl. I feel they are getting healthy ingredients and whole foods. The deliveries have arrived in a timely manner. I now have them on an auto plan which makes like easier. Ozzie, Penny, and I give our approval!

GBStill no refund after returning product You owe me for $183.74 You can also declare up to $100 for any lost package. Update, Jan 5th 2023 After sending supplier a receipt with tracking number, stating supplier did receive the returned item as requested, I still have no refund and no food. It looks like filing a small claims in court may be my only option with this horrible company.

GBOuter packaging is weak. My only criticism is that the outer shipping package is poorly prepared. I've been buying the 18 pack (2 times) and when it arrives, it is partially opened and splitting at the seams! I'm surprised it hasn't split opened during the shipping/handling process. The outer carton is not heavy duty and the taping up is very sparse.
