GBI have used FGF many times and have… I have used FGF many times and have been really happy with the company and their flowers. I have recommended FGF to many of my friends. I work at a floral design store that does not send flowers out of our area or that participates with Teleflora. I have directed many of our clients to FGF’s website. However, on this occasion, I sent my 94 year old mother flowers and my mother in law as well. My mother is still waiting for her Easter flowers. I emailed customer service on Friday and left a phone message on Saturday during their contact hours. There has not been a reply. When I look up the tracking, it says that it still is in transit. I understand delays happen, but it would’ve been nice to receive a text or email to let me know.

GBI’ve used FGF a couple times before and… I’ve used FGF a couple times before and expectations were certainly met. They were beautiful. However, my latest order is a significant disappointment. The bouquet was significantly smaller, the outside petals of the roses were brown, and even the greenery was disappointing. I wish I could post the pictures for confirmation. It seems the allure of FGF’s is gone for me. Very disappointed.

GBGorgeous flowers, flawless delivery. Couldn’t be happier. This was the fourth time I’ve sent flowers from Farmgirl and every one was perfect! Their bouquets are exceptional, and you get exactly what you see on the website. I’ve never had to worry that what was delivered was inferior. I know, because every single recipient was so impressed that they immediately sent me pictures to show how gorgeous the flowers were. I’m a customer for life. Thank you, Farmgirls!

GBA Gift to Our Hosts Flowers arrived on time to the correct destination. They were beautiful, so similar to the photos on the webpage. They got more beautiful once they were put in water and the blooms continued to open. The recipients were delighted. We sent the flowers as a thank you gift for hosting us for a few days. We all enjoyed the flowers during our visit. Flowers were a great host gift.

GBTerribly sad No card attached and not even my name included. And I received no real apology or sincere acknowledgment. They lost my online sentiment card to a family member that lost her mom. But they charged my card with my name annd order without issue. Unacceptable customer service. I’m sad. I have loved their flowers. I’ll be looking elsewhere now.
