Unfortunately you were only able to supply one of the two knives we ordered, and the quality of the one you did supply was not good, pot-marked and scratched, completely unlike the forks that we had bought from you previously which were shiny and like new - perhaps even better than the rest of our set which was a wedding present 53 years ago and we had kept in good condition. However, in fairness, you did give us a complete refund for which we are very grateful.

Stock Error After a lengthy search, I was pleased to see and order the coffee spoons to complete a set that was originally a wedding present fifty years ago. Imagine my disapointment that after ordering I received a message informing me that due to stock error, the items were no longer available. Althouhgh I was to be refunded, I am left somewhat deflated.
