I’m a general contractor and have become accustomed to bad customer service and non existent communication with so many suppliers these days, I felt like I was transported back in time to a place where you call and get to talk to a real person right away who actually knows what’s going on and seems to genuinely care about your order. Any little detail or question that would come up while they were processing and building my order, I would get a phone call and email right away asking for my input.
