I also contacted people on instagram to see how their chairs were holding up and if they still loved them. They all did! All 10 of them! I messaged customer service several times with questions, they were very helpful each time. I am so glad I ordered the chairs. Communication with shipping and tracking was top notch! The team were right on time, kind and professional. Most of all the chairs are even better than I could have imagined. So comfortable and buttery soft!
