A series of shipping failures, but finally received Update: My order finally arrived after all the shipping delays. Instructions were easy and clear. Will update again when I get the results (hopefully shipping the sample back involves less postal service issues). Original Review: My review should really be of the USPS. My order was quickly shipped from California and arrived at the major regional USPS hub before then being taken back to California and all the delays that entailed, then back to my hub in the Midwest, and then it went out for delivery, and finally was "delivered to mailbox at 7:01pm." Oh, how I wish that were true. My mailbox is empty. I am out over $100, and a couple weeks of waiting, and I never received the test at all.

Cautiously optimistic I received my order on time and with no delay . I was happy to receive a discount which helped me make the decision to buy the FMT pills. As a Canadian and having to ship to Canada and pay in US dollars, it is very expensive so the discount was appreciated. So far things have improved for my Golden retriever and I am cautiously optimistic he will continue to improve.
