GBI had a real annoyance with a flag and… I had a real annoyance with a flag and pole that I had bought through another company. The American flag would twist up at least once an hour no matter how many tweaks I made to it. I bought the pole from AmericanFlags with the ball bearings that spins. It works like a champ now after 3 months. It might catch on the pole for a minute or so but a gust of wind and it is full again. It never twists and folds up and never do I have to climb up the balcony railing and unfurl it. Wonderful and getting much enjoyment from it. God bless the USA! And to add a final note, customer service picks up quickly and is US based. Millie was a real gem and helped me to decide on this pole. Totally recommend!
