Flags are fine but waited over a month… Flags are fine but waited over a month for shipping and had to send emails to even get them shipped.

Ordered 2 flags the Website indicated… Ordered 2 flags the Website indicated were in stock..neither were. This prompted phone call #1 Told the items would ship separately and at different time...OK no problem. Received a tracking number for one of the flags.....never received the flag and according to the tracking number it was returned to N.C. Phone call number 2 was placed....NOT GOOD

The stick had broke The stick had broke. And I wrote to them about it. I would have tried to figure out a way to make one. But they responded so fast to and sent me a new flag with stick. That was an amazing thing because most companies would make you return or not give refund. This company made in America was the best experience ever. I highly recommend this site going forward and would definitely use them again.

Customer service was great! The flag I ordered was missing a grommet. I didn't realize this until we were ready to hang it up. I contacted the company, they verified my purchase and sent out a replacement quickly. No hassles or delays! I fly my flags proudly and will be ordering from them again.
